Parties first attempt to resolve disputes through direct negotiation.

Party Mediation

Through party dispute resolution mechanisms as set out in the Constitution.

Kenyan Courts

As a last resort, disputes are resolved in Kenyan courts under Kenyan law.

Modifications

FACE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated directly to members.
